Jessica Riggin
Jessica began her yoga journey in Buffalo, NY, stepping onto the mat for the first time in 2014. After her first class, she was hooked, and what started as a way to explore something new quickly became a transformative, lifelong practice. For more than a decade, Jessica nurtured her personal practice, discovering yoga’s profound impact on physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
In 2024, Jessica earned her 200-hour RYT through Chakra Flow University, followed by her 300-hour training in 2026. Driven by a desire to share these transformative tools with others, Jessica has taught throughout Charlotte since 2024.
Jessica teaches a dynamic Vinyasa-style flow that blends breath, movement, and intentional sequencing, with options to explore more advanced postures for students who want to challenge themselves. Her classes invite students to move with curiosity, connect with their strength, and, most importantly, have a little fun along the way.
As a yoga teacher, life coach, and author of I Have to Poop, But There’s a Boy in My Bed, Jessica’s mission is to inspire others to tap into their inner strength, embrace who they are, and discover the balance, peace, and vitality that yoga can bring both on and off the mat.
