Jaclyn found her love for yoga in college and began her teaching journey shortly after moving to Los Angeles in 2007. After completing her first 200 hour yoga training with Mukti Yoga School in 2008, she has been teaching and learning from an array of teachers ever since. Jaclyn teaches a strong, balanced, and playful power flow. She is thrilled to connect with this yoga community at Om. She loves the practice of yoga because it is an all inclusive antidote regardless of how you show up on your mat. Through times of joy, grief, strength and love, it gives us the ability to find presence and grace wherever you are on your journey. Gratitude and compassion are essential components as she feels it’s also important to laugh and smile along the way, carrying a sense of humor with you on and off your mat. It is her wish to help you clear your mind, improve your physical health, balance your emotions and connect with your heart. When she is not teaching or practicing, you will find her spending time with her wonderful family, enjoying the neighborhood, riding a bike, or perhaps exploring nature by the beach or the mountains, laughing and enjoying delicious food, wine and music.
