2026 Om Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

January 16 - May 17, 2026

What sets us apart?

This is the absolute BEST well-rounded yoga teacher training in the area.

Our training is built on the philosophy that yoga is not one size fits all - emphasizing an understanding of the difference in body types, teaching styles, as well as mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects to a whole being.

This training will set the foundation of a life-long yoga practice on and off the mat. You'll deepen your asana practice while diving into meditation, breathwork, self-reflection, the art and science of sequencing, and yoga philosophy as it relates to modern life. You'll get real-time feedback on your sequencing and be immersed in a welcoming and supportive community of peers.

Our instructors are passionate about teaching and have the knowledge to support their roles. Each of them practices daily and are continuing their own yoga education even today. This training will allow you to find your authentic voice and your own teaching style, using our sequencing template as a foundation to get started. If you don't want to teach or aren't sure just yet, know that that is ok! This training will deepen your personal practice, and you will be a better person because of it!

Rachael Lary, E-RYT 500
Rachael is a visionary and experienced yoga instructor whose journey began in 2012, leading her to share the transformative power of yoga across the globe—from the mountains of Breckenridge, CO, and the coastal charm of Charleston, SC, to the serene Florida Keys and the spiritual heartland of Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 300-hour training. Her expertise is further enriched by extensive studies with renowned teacher Jason Crandell, deepening her anatomical knowledge and mastery of injury prevention. Rachael is driven by a profound passion for guiding practitioners of all levels to feel their vitality and embrace true embodiment, fostering a safe and nurturing space for profound self-discovery. She firmly believes in yoga's capacity to transform lives by offering powerful tools to rewire thought patterns, leveraging neuroplasticity to influence mental processes, minimize suffering, and cultivate inner peace. Beyond the mat, Rachael is deeply committed to empowering aspiring teachers to find their authentic voice, step into their power, and embrace their true north. For her, yoga is a vibrant expression of union and unconditional love, inspiring the conviction that we rise together as a community. She encourages individuals to meet their form with radical, unconditional self-love, embracing the playful aspects of the practice, especially handstands and arm balances. Rachael seamlessly integrates breath ceremonies, meditations, and sound healing into her teachings, dedicated to building a supportive community and inspiring joy, peace, and harmony in every encounter. Class of 2025

"The YTT training that Jackie Dominas and Rachael Lary led was an amazing 5-month experience filled with learning, meditation, and a deeply connected community embarking on a powerful journey together. Throughout the training, they encouraged us to challenge new and old concepts, ask why, and be authentic in our teaching. They had us practice-teach each other starting day one, which helped us apply what we were learning and build our confidence along the way. Yoga has so many layers, and they did a great job of teaching us the key aspects, including its rich history, the spiritual/energetic side, and the physical aspects of yoga to support all body types. Going into this experience, I wasn’t sure if I was going to teach, but by the end I felt knowledgeable and confident enough to lead others. The experience was life changing for me as an individual, and it created lasting friendships with an amazing group of people."

Laura Van Duyne

Class of 2024

"I feel like I can actually teach real humans yoga!!! That is so darn cool. I have a long way to go, and I will always be growing and learning and improving... but the fact that I can actually offer humans a guided yoga, meditation, breathwork session, and feel authentic in that, is so AMAZING and EXCITING. I feel like so many things that I have spent money on in the past do not actually leave me feeling at the end like I am actually ready to do the thing... so that is truly incredible, and such a testament to our ROCKSTAR TEACHERS!!! I didn’t anticipate the challenge of this program but I also hadn’t anticipated the growth. I could not be more grateful for the way that this training and our facilitators set this program up so that we could actually come out the other side feeling successful in receiving the knowledge that we came for, successful and confident in teaching. From day one we were being pushed up against our edge in the most loving and supportive way possible, so that we could see the fruits of our growth on the other side. What a gift!"
