Diana began practicing yoga right here at Om Yoga in 2015. She started yoga with hopes of easing anxiety and finding peace during a challenging time in her life. As a high-energy perfectionist, Diana doubted if she'd ever be able to quiet her mind long enough to breathe intentionally, hold postures and truly benefit from the practice. However, she surprised herself and quickly fell in love with the serenity, strength and growth she felt every time she stepped onto the mat. She wanted to share this incredible practice with as many people as possible, which led her to completing her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Om Yoga in 2019. With every class she teaches, Diana aims to create a positive space for absolutely everyone - where yogis have fun, get stronger and let go of what's heavy in their lives.
