

Ale Cabrera
Ale discovered yoga in 2013 during a challenging time and quickly fell in love with the calm and clarity it brought her. Living with ADHD, she finds yoga to be a grounding practice that helps her return to the present, especially when her mind feels scattered. Ale completed her 200-hour training through Live Inspired School of Yoga with Sara Cain-da Costa and Rachel Glibbery. She specializes in deep stretch, gentle, and slow flow classes that emphasize mindfulness, comfort, and self-compassion. Her goal is to create a warm, inclusive space where everyone feels safe to move and breathe at their own pace. Off the mat, Ale is a passionate thrifter, tree hugger, and lover of all things cute; always finding joy in life’s small, magical moments.
