2027 Om Yoga 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
January 8 - May 15, 2027
Does this Sound Like You?
You've always wanted to do a yoga teacher training.
You might know you want to teach or are on the fence; however, you are clear that you want to deepen your practice beyond a 60-minute class.
You're curious about meditation, yoga philosophy, alignment, and yoga off the mat.
You're craving guidance from experienced teachers and a community of people you can talk about all things yoga.
Then you've come to the right place and we are HAPPY that you are here!
This is the BEST well-rounded yoga teacher training in the area.
Our training is built on the philosophy that yoga is not one-size-fits-all, emphasizing an understanding of different body types, teaching styles, as well as mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of the whole being.
This training gives you the foundation of a lifelong yoga practice on and off the mat. You'll deepen your asana practice while diving into meditation, breathwork, self-reflection, the art and science of sequencing, and yoga philosophy as it relates to modern life. You'll get real-time feedback on your sequencing and be immersed in a welcoming and supportive community of peers.
Our instructors are passionate about teaching and have the knowledge to support their roles. Your teachers live yoga - by getting on their mat daily, meditating, practicing the yoga philosophy off the mat, and continuing their yoga education. This training will help you find your authentic voice, teaching style, and self-expression. It provides enough structure, like our sequencing template, to streamline your learning while still being in flow. If you don't want to teach or aren't sure just yet - that's ok! This training will deepen your practice, your relationship with yourself, and your impact on the world.

Course Details
This is a vinyasa yoga training - a flow of movement with breath. We focus on modern-day, scientific, functional movement, including strength, flexibility, and nervous system regulation, to create a sustainable, lifelong yoga practice. You'll start learning sequencing on the first weekend with our sequencing template, which is adaptable for different types of classes and even workshops. Each weekend will include a group practice, meditation, and philosophical conversations. Weekends will also include lectures from your trainers and guest teachers, practice teaching, anatomy workshops, posture breakdowns, and much more. Elements of a deep stretch class will be taught during training; however, your final class debut will be a 60-minute sequence for slow or power vinyasa. As a bonus, you'll get a solid, 60-minute vinyasa sequence and a beginner's sequence to jump-start your teaching. Upon completion, you'll be able to teach a well-rounded slow or power vinyasa class, have a group of new yoga friends, have a broader understanding of the history and tools of yoga, and deepen the relationship you have with yourself.
