Sarah Hinson

A native of Fort Mill, Sarah’s yoga practice began in the early 2000s with an at-home yoga DVD (anyone remember those?!) She has been practicing ever since whether at home or in a community setting in the studio. In 2022, Sarah completed her 200-hour yoga training under the guidance of Suzanne Bergen and Terrie Reeves at Charlotte Yoga. She holds the belief that movement is a form of medicine and the practice of yoga offers the opportunity to create greater life balance, freedom, and clarity. Sarah teaches with the intention that the yoga practice is as much about internal transformation as external. Her style of teaching incorporates both the physical and spiritual limbs of yoga. In class she offers assists, modifications, and variations appropriate for both new and seasoned practitioners. Her intention is for you to explore your mind, body, and breath throughout the practice. Sarah spends the majority of her time outside farming alongside her wonderful co-farmers at Wild Hope Farm. She is a trained herbalist and feels deeply connected to the plant world. You can find her hiking, camping, or sipping coffee while pondering her next adventure.
