Emily Tweel
Emily has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. She began her journey after her college athletic career, using yoga as a recovery method from a sports injury. Yoga has been the solid foundation in her fitness lifestyle disciplining her training techniques by incorporating breath work, concentration, and functional core movements. Emily practices yoga daily complimenting her martial arts and strength training background. She received her 200 hr. Training certification under Maria Lages in June 2019. She is passionate about teaching others and hopes to inspire others to become passionate about yoga.
