New to yoga and want some in-depth instruction on the basic poses? Curious to learn more about the many aspects of yoga and how establishing a practice can positively impact your life? This 4-week series will address the foundations for a safe and successful yoga practice. Each 90-minute class will teach, step by step, pranayama (breathing) techniques, asanas (poses), alignment theory, injury prevention, meditation, and yoga philosophy.

Taught by RYT-200 Pam Johnson, this series will be held on 4 consecutive Sundays beginning October 15th at 1:30pm. Pam has been practicing yoga since 1999 and currently teaches power mixed, prenatal, and basics at OM Yoga. Her years of experience and light-hearted sense of humor will give you an excellent introduction to this life changing practice.

Cost is $80 for the series, which will include materials provided by the instructor. Please bring a mat, a water bottle, a pen and pad, and a willingness to laugh and learn!
